Summer Fun

The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. I love just being outside and eating and watching fireworks, and now that I have kids, I love it even more.



This 4th we went to a bbq and watched fireworks and then we also went to Rockport and went boating. Austyn is a little more cautious when it comes to watching fireworks or boating, but he eventually warms up to it and loves it. Jasmyn on the other hand absolutely loves them both and was grinning from ear to ear when we went boating, and wanted to grab all the fireworks.

Wedding Day

So the day finally came and went and it was one of the best days of my life. It was a beautiful day and my aunts house was perfect, everybody loved it. I am happy that my friends and family could come, especially those who had to travel a long way.

Wedding Time

So I have been so busy getting ready for the wedding, only 2 more weeks, that I haven't updated my blog in a long time. So here is a little recap. Dre is still working on the road a lot and so it is hard to get the wedding stuff done, but I manage, and he really likes his job so that helps. Austyn is talking up a storm, it's funny hearing all the new things he can say. Jasmyn is finally a walker, it took some time, and she isn't the best, but she is finally walking.




This is a picture of the kids at the park. A friend of mine took them so that I could go get some wedding stuff done. Well thats about it, I hope to see everyone at the wedding.

Wow, it's been awhile since I updated this so here is a run down of whats been happening in our lives.

First me and Dre got engaged on Christmas, finally, so we set a date of June 21, 2008. I have been pretty busy with wedding stuff and the kids. Dre is still out of town a lot for work but he likes it and it's always extra nice when he is home. Austyn is a busy 2 yr. old, he loves Mickey and his trucks. We are just starting to potty train him so hopefully no more diapers, at least for him. Jasmyn is a little princess and will be 1 on April 12th. She is a talker and is getting ready to walk any day.

Christmas 2007

Sunday we had the annual Karren family X-Mas Party at Kent & Trudy's house. It is always fun to get together because we are one crazy family. Jamie brought over her shock game and Austyn loved it. I think he thought everytime he got shocked he won something because he would get so excited. I have a wonderful family and I love them all very much! Happy Holiday's everyone.
